When the surface of a copper conductor has a water film or drops, because the atmosphere contains a lot of dust, such as smog, coal, automotive exhaust, chloride and other acids, alkali, salt particles, such as the harmful substances dissolved in water membranes or droplets, can form electrolyte, thereby exacerbating the oxidation of copper conductor. Light people affect the appearance of product quality and product quality, heavy people affect the use of copper conductor, resulting in waste production costs. Therefore, the copper conductor must be properly kept, pay attention to anti-oxidation discoloration.

1, copper rod into the factory before transport, inspection and storage
Most of the cable enterprises in China for the outsourcing of copper, should choose a high quality metal copper rod, standardize the supplier transportation, delivery process and system, copper rod into the factory inspection according to GB/T 3048.2 or cable enterprises to implement the enterprise. Finally, after the drawing under the plate with a transparent plastic film sealed, stored in the drying environment, to be transferred, otherwise it will be due to the surface of the conductor temperature higher and the risk of oxidation of moist air.

3, copper wire twisted (bundle twisted) and insulating rubber, sheathed rubber extrusion process
