Whether it is qualified or not, measure according to Article 8 of GB/T 2 95.1.
3.2 Conductor resistance
Conductor resistance should meet the requirements of Table 1~2.
Compliance with Article 2.1 of the VDE 0281.2 standard.
3.3 Finished wire withstand voltage test
The finished wire and cable shall be subjected to the immersion voltage test specified in Table 3 without breakdown.
Compliance is checked by the provisions of section 2.2 of the VDE 0281.2 standard.
3.4 Insulated core withstand voltage test
The sheath and other sheaths or cores should be stripped first, placed in the water bath specified in Table 3, and applied between the conductor and the water

3.5 Insulation resistance
The insulation resistance of the cable should meet the requirements of Table 1~2.
Compliance is checked by the provisions of 2.4 of VDE 0281.2.
3.6 Logo
Wire and cable signs should be correct, the content of the mark: model, specifications, manufacturers (marked when the record for certification) and certification mark
Zhi, such as "N16066". The writing is clear and easy to identify.
The distance between the end of one complete mark and the beginning of the next mark, the sheath should not exceed 550mm.
The logo can be printed with ink, or it can be imprinted on the insulation or sheath with a male or female die.
The ink printing mark is to be tested for rub resistance. During the test, gently wipe it 10 times with a piece of soaked absorbent cotton or a piece of cotton cloth.
After that, the handwriting should still be legible.
Compliance is checked by means of visual inspection; signs are measured continuously with a ruler; signs are rubbed in accordance with 1.8 in VDE 0281.2
Definite test inspection.
4 Inspection Rules
4.1 Sampling
In each batch of factory wire and cable randomly selected, each 20km extraction were randomly tested, only after passing the factory.
4.2 Procedures
The inspection items shall be carried out item by item according to item 3.1~3.6 of this standard.
4.3 Passing judgment
After the factory inspection, if there is any unqualified product, the number of unqualified items will double, and if it is still unqualified,
The batch of power lines was judged as unqualified.
